Gribskov Kommune is a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Region Hovedstaden ("Capital Region"). The municipality covers an area of 278 km², and has a total population of 40,512 (2008).
The municipality was created on 1 January 2007 as a merger of former municipalities of Græsted-Gilleleje and Helsinge. Its mayor as of 2010 is Jan Ferdinandsen, a member of the Conservative People's Party (Det Konservative Folkeparti) political party.
